We had an absolutely luxurious experience at this hotel. the exclusive amenities provided were beyond our expectations and the room was top, notch. the private facilities were immaculate and our needs were fulfilled to the highest degree.
Although it was beautiful and well, maintained, the shallow end seemed to be a bit smaller than we expected.

The room we stayed in was very spacious and perfect for a big family. The sea view was beautiful and made our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the swimming pool was huge and always clean which was a great bonus.
The housekeeping service was very disappointing. The bedsheets were not replaced and we found a stained bedsheet which we brought up to the hotel management. Furthermore, the location was not ideal as we had to go to two different places for registration and room keys which was quite inconvenient.

Had a great New Year celebration in a resort located near the beach. the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, with amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. One advantage that stood out was the big and clean swimming pool where we spent most of our time. the view from the balcony was also breathtaking and perfect for relaxation.
The resort seemed to be understaffed because the check-in process took longer than expected. some of the equipment in the rooms needed repair or replacement like the broken furniture and air conditioner.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location near to Teluk Batik beach, and staff. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. I was impressed with the variety of facilities available, including the large swimming pool. It was easy to get to Teluk Batik beach from the hotel, which was a great experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we requested a space for a family day activity.

The location of the hotel is excellent - just a short walk away from a beautiful beach and stunning views of the sea. the room is spacious and comfortable with great amenities like an air conditioner and television. the bathroom is clean and well-maintained with refreshing shower. the breakfast is decent with a good variety of options.
The staff was unhelpful when I needed assistance.
